Nah, we had gotten rid of the Cash-In's for Horizon 3 just because we wanted everyone this year to feel the struggle of making money. Discounted Parts will be a thing within the next few days though Horizon 2 everyone was wippin it around with glocks in their rari's, this year we chillin |
