Not Really "Off Topic" but there is not real good section.  This thread is just for miscellaneous tuning information you feel like adding.

I like to use real world transmission ratios, these are some that I use.

Tremec T56  (Most US V8 Manual Trans Cars)

Nissan CD009  (350Z/370Z)

Toyota R154*  |  V160  |   V161  |  (r154 Chaser, Soarer, ect.  V16x MKiv Supra)

*5 speed transmission use same 5th and 6th gear ratio

BMW ZF S6-37  | S6-53BZ |  S6-53DZ | (BMW 3 Series 6 Sppeds)

I do the same thing sometimes.

I started doing it because FM4 would be the worst gear ratios when you would RWD swap a Subaru, or some other AWD cars. I mostly just use one of these for a consistent gear spacing. But a few cars I tweak 3rd or 4th gear if I need to for drifting.

Funny you provide the T56, those are the ratios I used for my '70 Challenger on FH3. I had them written on a notepad somewhere! It's originally a Viper transmission. Pretty popular swap for the ratios

T56 was the be all end all swap for 6 speed cars but a lot of people are migrating to the CD009 Z trans because they are half the price and hold just as much if not more torque. Chrysler has moved on to the TR6060 which is an updated T56 (so has a lot of other manufacturers.
