Well after some thinking and looking around I got my hands on a 2000 Ford Mustang Cobra R. Thought this might be a great car to start these Time Attacks. I bringing the Cobra R Circuit of the Americas in Austin, TX to do all my testing. It's a great track with high speed turns, hair-pin turns, and a good straight away.

Car:
-$25,200 - 2000 Ford Mustang Cobra R

-Engine: B530
Engine: 5.4L 330 CID V8 DOHC 32-Valve
Horsepower: 385 hp @ 6,250 rpm
Torque: 385 lbs-ft @ 4,250 rpm
Weight: 3,589 lbs

-Platform & Handling:

-Drivetrain:
Transmission: Tremec 6-Speed T-56 w/ 3.55:1 Rear End Ratio

-Tires & Rims:
Front: 265/40R18
Rear: 265/40R18

After a few hours here at Circuit of the America and a set of tires I was able figure the Cobra R out. I was running some good times and now I know where to start my wrenching at.
Time: 02:31.610

Was able to get some 1/4 mile time in to.
Reaction Time: 00:00.350
60 FT Time: 00:02.336
Trap Time: 00:13.247
Trap Speed: 113 MPH

Well it is time for the Time Attack at Suzuka Circuit (Full Circuit). It has a 400 HP restriction and open to FWD, RWD, and AWD. Only a few people showed up here and it looks like there some fast drivers.

Drivers:
Legacy - 1997 Mazda RX-7
Kru Jones - 2012 Lotus Exige S
Me - 2000 Ford Mustang Cobra R

Results:
Legacy - 02:12.866 - 1st Place w/ $40,000 & Free Race Part
Kru Jones - 02:13.194 - 2nd Place w/ $30,000 & Free Sport Part
Me - 02:23.345 - 3rd Place w/ +$25,000 & Free Driveshaft: from Drive Shaft Shop (Street)

It was a pretty fun track to run the Cobra R on. Handled pretty good, but I know there is more work that needs to be done.

We are back at home in Texas at Circuit of the Americas. Nice to be back on my side for this Time Attack. I know I'll be running about the same time as when I was back here testing, but it will be fun to go up against someone here.

Drivers:
Legacy - 1997 Mazda RX-7
Me - 2000 Ford Mustang Cobra R

Results:
Legacy - 02:16.440 - 1st Place w/ $120,000 & Free Race Part
Me - 02:29.338 - 2nd Place w/ +$90,000 & Free Flywheel: ACT (Sport)

Like I thought, the Cobra R didn't changed still last time when I was here. Thinking about upgrading some part here soon.

After getting the car built, I started to go though the rule book and restrictions and it looks like I'm running to much power. Well this will be a good time to get it back in the shop and pull everything apart to check the wear and send the Cobra R off the the paint shop for a new look. I have a couple things in the works and going to start blueprinting a couple different setups. I has a few races coming so the Cobra R will need to be setup in a B-Class tune, 400 HP Tune for our Time Attack, and The Sport Touring Icons Tune tune. I have a lot of work in front of my so time to start wrenching...

Update:

So after pulling the engine and in the shop for tear down. Got the car sanded down and primed. The Cobra R is ready to get into the booth and get painted.
