| So I guess I should start my introducing myself. I'm Andy, or better known as 'Falken HD' or just 'Falken'. I've been in the BNB/MNM community since Forza 4 back in 2012. A lot has changed over the years but a lot has also stayed the same. A good friend of mine Louis, also known as 'Cougar', and I have had our fun back in California where it all started with drifting for us. Fast forward a few years (or 7) and we've all resided in the gloomy UK. I've had too many cars to count over the years but eventually ended up selling off all of them for many reasons. I figured it would be a good time to start a new project after settling into my new home in the UK. I didn't really have my heart set on anything in particular so I was just searching the local drift forum classifieds as well as craigslist when I came across this RX7. I contacted the owner of this 1990 Mazda RX7 FC for sale in the next town over from me, and we scheduled a time and place where I could come look at the car in person. From the pictures online and what he posted in the ad, you could tell the car was well maintained even for a '90. To my surprise, underneath the car is just as clean as the outside. We negotiated on price and I ended up making a deal with the guy for a pretty decent price. The car has a list of parts already on the car which made the deal even sweeter. You can take a look at the build list to the car above to see the details. Anyways, I got some pictures (of course) of the car when I took delivery of it and had Louis take some rolling shots of it on the way home. Some pictures of the car when I was taking delivery: On the way home. Photo creds: Louis. When I got her home. | |
