| Story update! - The Lost Chapter:
So due to people still getting settled from the states, they have decided to ppostpone the Horizon Festival. I guess I have a little bit of time to get to know the locals and get to work at the shop.
- Race Day:
Now, the Horizon Festival is kicking off and the EK9 is ready! I got her registered in the Hot Hatch division, got my number plates and put them on the car. Now I'm ready to race! I pull up to the line, there are quite a few nice looking rides here at the festival. The light ticks off and all of the cars ahead of me are lost in a mist of burnt tires and roaring engines. The first few corners were ok, the only bad one was the very first because of first corner carnage, but I ran around the track, over taking a few guys. I even had to dodge flying bumpers I won a few more heats, by the end of three races, I was sitting at 4th place overall. The 4th race was going well like the others, until I blew a coolant hose. So I was a DNF for that race bumping me down to 7th overall. There were 4 more races in the series, so I had to adverage 2nd for all of em. The next day, the sky opened up and there were was a few more crashes then the day before. I found out though, that my EK handles way better in the rain! I came in 2nd, and 1st. We moved on to the coast, and the sky cleared up a lot. And just like that, the heats were over for Hot Hatches, I mannaged to place podium, I got 2nd overal. Now there's nothing to do until the next heats which are in a month or so. I'm proud of my little honda:) She's come a long way.

| Never knew a 2.4l engine was a KA20? Never even knew Nissan made a KA20! In case you don't understand engine codes here's a crash course. Lets use a K series Honda engine for instance K = engine series 20/24 would represent the engine size so if it was a 2.0 it'd be K20 and if it were a 2.4 it'd be a K24 Not sure about the 'a' and 'b' are. I assume they have something to do with the specs, but don't quote me on that. Now a Nissan RB25 engine RB = Series 25 = 2.5l Now on the S chassis, I'll use the S13 hatch for this. 240sx is the US version. 240 Standing for 2.4l. The US version also featured the KA engine. What this means is the 240sx stock engine is a KA24DE. Now this parts confusing... The UK & European versions of the S13 hatch where called 200sx's yet they featured a 1.8l engine, known as the CA18. But the name would suggest a 2.0l engine. But the Japanese 180sx version had the 2.0l engine, which was known as the SR20. But with the S14's and S14a's, when they had a 200SX badge they actually had the 2.0l engine. And the 240sx still had the KA engine which was made in Mexico. So how you managed to get a KA20DE is amazing, especially when you take into the consideration they don't even exist! | |

| That was a bit heavy on the troll Stanced. And it's also ironicly funny that after all of that, Nissan actually does make a ka20.

| Not really a troll tiger just a misguided quest of truth....
Hampa has sorted that as his wiki has STATED that the KA20DE was not in the 240 model and seeing as wiki was proof of existance they must be right which leads back to 86guys question.....
How you got a KA20DE?
I cant stand one upping each other it shows a lack of maturity you guys need to talk more without having daggers drawn!

| I was unaware of the existence of that engine, I will admit its a mistake on my part. However... In what part of the process of pulling an engine out does it shrink in size?
Oh I pulled a 5.7l V8 out of a car and its magically turned into a 1.6l engine.
Explain how it shrinks.
Also, 86GUY. I remember in your thread before you stated you had an SR20DE. I never knew a K20 Honda engine was really a Nissan engine!

| Stance, just stop while you're ahead. It was a typo, that honestly I'm not going to fix, and you've made your point more than obvious. And the only question is, why does it matter, we all knew what engine I had, it doesn't matter what it's called, for example, I could have called it a fordcopperthunderfalconbird engine, it's just a name haha | |
