That's cool. It'll be a few days before my part is done. You should go through GT6, see what the upgrade categories are, and start coming up with your pricing for parts and paintwork, and then come up with a weekly pay amount and starting cash amount.

I was looking early when i got the game at some of the car prices and like a base Sileighty is 22 thousand dollars holy shit

But then like a triple plate clutch is a few thousand lol

Of the other people who have this game be willing to help me out with sorting prices and such?

ill help go over pricing on things. was trying to think how cars would be classified, or if we should even do different tiers of pricing. A lot of things I think we could use in game pricing but then some of the others are ridiculously expensive like you said. And with car pricing, a lot of the asian cars are cheap, then all the euros are pricier for the same types of cars. Just an example.

I did ask a few weeks ago on the team xenon thread on gtplanet if they would want to join, they don't sound interested in a bnb/mnm type thing for GT6.

Stuff like new rims, new paintjob could just be in game pricing. I cant remember but I think rim paint was the same cost as car paint in game, if that is the case I would make that 10% of the in game cost, just drop the last digit and that is your price.

I know the comfort tires are cheap, but then some of the sport and race tires are ridiculous.

this is just all off the top of my head, ill look more at prices tonight and see if I have any ideas.

Using in game pricing doesn't look like a viable option. What I'm going to need from you guys is a list of all the parts you can buy and what levels of them you can buy. Like on Forza for example, you buy an Air Filter, and you can choose Street, Sport, Race. That is the info I need to put together a structured price sheet. Also info like are motor swaps available and such.

I've Edited in what i could with in-game Prices so we can adjust them accordingly

Ill try to come up with pricing suggestions tonight or tomorrow.

Ok. I have been dumping things into some spreadsheets for the past 3 hours or so. Did some price comparisons on cars vs FM5 and FM4 to estimate a starting balance, and used the MNM FM5 parts pricing as sort of a starting point to put prices on the GT6 parts.

I'll propose a starting balance of somewhere in the $30-40k range. Cars in GT6 are more expensive, thats all there is to it. You can get a couple fun ones at 25k or less, but you'll have to leave them unmodified till you hit your first payday. A lot of the cheaper ones are pretty much 100 hp wheels of fury. A lot of the typical MNM type cars (just looking at forza pricing) fall right around $25k-35k range in GT6. A $35k starting price would get you some decent wheels with a couple bucks leftover for parts. Or something like an S2000 with no money leftover. (keep in mind I only compared cars that were in BOTH games. There are a ton more cars I did not even look at in GT6 for pricing) Maybe something like $30k would be enough...make you struggle with that first car to make it into something. Tiger if you have any input I would appreciate it since you have played with the pricing on the Forza side, made the starting cash lower for a reason I presume.

Parts pricing...ill share what I have as a point of discussion. I didnt want things to be too cheap, but  also not prohibitively expensive.

Looks legit to me thanks helping us out. I like that it's pretty similar to it's forza 5 pricing. A good schassis is like 26K lol

Yea a lot of good cars are just barely over 25k.
