After owning SlideUnion based in Ohio for over 10 Years I decided to step away from the East Coast scene and let my older brother take over. In doing so i moved out here to Colorado after getting an email from a few friends about a possible Festival and Drift Championship so In late 2010 I opened the Colorado based branch of SlideUnion. I've already met some nice people here so the transition wasn't as hard as i thought it would be.

After not seeing my GT500 in over 2 years, she's finally home. When i first moved out here i had to put the ol' Mustang away in storage because i was not able to afford the shipping cost. We did some pretty damn good work these last few weeks with some Colorado Drift drivers i was able to afford the cost.

After ordering the new 2013 Bumpers and Sideskirts for the 'Stang, me and the guys decided that we need to compete in the 2014 Colorado drift events and hopefully earn a license like we did about a year ago with our Slideunion LS3 240sx.(See Below). I used to drive in two years ago when it was SR powered.

So after everyone went home for the day, i jumped on Craigslist. Nothing was really peeking my Interest so i threw up a add for anyone with shells or semi-built car "I've got 35K in hand" was the name of the post. Maybe i'll get an email or two tomorrow but if i don't i guess it's road trip time.

After Cruisn home one day for lunch i saw this beast on the side of the road with a "FOR SALE" Sign in its window.(See Below) I stopped and wrote the number down and went home. As soon as i got home i pulled out my phone and dialed the number. The owner and i talked for a hour about the car and we haggled around the price. We agreed on 12 and half and that i would have one of my workers tow the car to the shop where we could get started on this drift build.

It already has some good parts on it and some that need to come out and be replaced but it wasn't in too bad of shape. Its only rated at about 330hp but a turbo or two could change that. Maybe i can also modify one of these Wisefab kits around here. But hey who knows." />" />
